Why does my galaxy display a H in the top box when using the internet. Some times its 3G but most of the time it flashes from H to 3G then straight back to the H ?? Is the H 3G or is it something else? Im on Vodafone uk
Basically HSDPA is a faster 3g Signal. Its often referred to as as 3.5g. 3g is capable of a max download speed of 3.6 mbps whilst HSDPA is 7.2 mbps. these are theoretical maximums so you are never going to get them.
Not sure why that happens to your phone; But I think you should be able to get the signal back without completely restarting the phone by changing the profile to offline (flight mode) and then back to normal.
