Is it just me or is there a system update every day? What are they doing to my phone?
I've only gotten the one for the .6 update
Yes, there has only been one OTA update. What are you talking about?
Same only one since launch.
If you apply the update you'll stop getting the notification, but it's not new it's the same one that's been out since day one. I went ahead and installed it since I wont be rooting my phone. hahaha see what I did? I called the EVO a phone.
I don't know. I'll have to screen shot it today. I have a FOTA update every time that I say "check now."
yes a screenshot would help.
Do you update it or ignore it? If you update it, what does the software version say?
Ok, well I hit update, and it gave me this message. I've never paid attention to the number, but I guess I've been getting the same one over and over.
I definitely install it each time, not just download it.
I have a rooted phone, but I'm a n00b. Is this screwed up because I rooted? Here's the picture.
Thanks for everyone's feedback, I need to figure out what is up with my phone!!
That's the Sd card fix update.
I would guess since you are Rooted it isn't installing correctly.
Are you running a custom ROM? or still stock?
I don't even know. I'm running a ROM called Supersonic_1.32.651.1_rooted.zip.
But I also have a new 16GB SD Card in there. So maybe that's what's messing it up?
Wait, you're running a custom ROM?
I would strongly suggest that you go find the thread where the dev and other users of your ROM are hanging out, and post your question there. This you are not using the stock ROM, your issue does not apply to the majority of the community.
