Whats wrong with my phone?!

For the past few weeks, every time I change the battery in my phone I have been having major issues with getting my phone to boot. I swap the battery, turn the phone on and it keeps cycling but doesnt restart. It shows the status row at the top of the screen (ie the bars, ringer indicator 3g etc but the screen stays black. The phone will do the media scan but after a minute or so it vibrates a bit and then cycles all over again. Can someone please help?!

A.)Which Phone are we talking about
B.)Did you root it ?
C.)If you rooted it ,did you accidently delete Launcher
D.)If not ,do a hard reset from recovery .
E.)If nothing works flash the stock firmware again .
