Help whatsapp doesnt install on htc wildfire s

my internal memory shows 12 mb free and yet when i go to google play and download whatsapp, it downloads but once it starts installing i get a msg that i my device has insufficient memory. hows that possible? whats app is just 5mb and i have 12mb free. it used to work a few days back but i have to remove it cuz i had low internal memory. but now i want it back anagin and this thing is happening.

Have you made sure you have moved as many apps as you can to the SD card and cleared the cache on your phone?

l have move all my application to SD. but it doe's not install
