    Hello everyone,

I hope you are having a lovely day!
I have a question for you which is:
can I track someone's last seen on whatsapp without showing my last seen time by turning airplane mode on my phone?
If the above is not possible, please suggest alternative.

    Thank you

Think if you got your phone in airplane mode, you won't be able to track anything from anywhere, no way.

I don't think that there is a way to use WhatsApp features such as checking someone's last seen time without actually using WhatsApp.

Hello, I think it is impossible. If you turn airplane mode, you will not have an access to Internet connection and that's why you will not be able to use WhatsApp, but without entering your WhatsApp account, you cannot do it. I suggest you to make another WhatsApp account and use it for such things.

  6. Don't you still have access to WiFi when in airplane mode? It's been a while since I was on a plane.

You can turn WiFi on or off when in airplane mode, same with Bluetooth as well. I know Singapore Airlines has WiFi on planes, but extremely expensive though. Aeroflot and Air China do not.

Airplane mode kills all the radios on your device: wifi, bluetooth and cellular. With no data coming into or out of the device, there would be no way for you to track anything or anyone.

Yes, I think turning off the Wifi on airplane mode and then reboot the device can work well.
