When connected to TV with HDMI cable for the one and only time there was no signal and the tablet went to a white screen and was unresponsive until the battery got low and did an auto restore - can not find the HDMI switch in the settings - can a down loaded app solve the problem. Connected a different Tablet to the same tv with same cable and all worked well - help please - Bill
