I have to take medications every 4 hours. I don't wake at the same time every day so I can't use a regular alarm to tell me to take them every 4 hours every day, because the times are different every day. When I forget to set my alarm in the morning I can't remember what time I took my first dose so I don't know when to take my second dose.

Is there an app or something that tells me the last time I picked up my phone, or the last time I did my security swipe? If there is such an app, I could use my phone to connect in my mind when I took my meds because taking the meds would coincide with a time I did that particular function on my phone.

    To make this more simple:
Is there an app (or existing easy to understand log in the phone) that will tell me:
    Security Swipe: 7:03AM,
    Opened Gmail: 7:04Am,
    Watched Youtube video 7:10-7:45

    Etc.
    ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks for reading.

I guess one quick and dirty way to do it is using the timer in your clock app. Locked or no, it'll ring when the timer is done, and just reset the timer afterwards.
