That isn't right...is it?
You lost me on this one man.
Sorry buddy, this might as well be in Hebrew for all the sense it's making to me lol
no idea what youre trying to say here...
The way I read this is "I swipe my finger to the edge of the screen and hit the frame and then my desk and then the air because I ran out of desk."
is in the glass isnt flush level with the edge of the metal frame? so you hit a slight lip?
Yea thats right. I didn't really know how to explain it, but theres like a ridge between the frame and the screen. Make sense?
Well, how much of a difference is it? On mine, the metal bit around the screen is slightly higher. I can feel it when I swipe across, but it isn't much higher.
lol...omg this thread just made my day...I had to stop from snickering so my colleage doesn't think I'm weird XD
My first thought: DUH!!! Obviously...what else would it hit
I think the metal being raised a bit is how it's designed...maybe to protect the screen from directly touching a hard surface if it's place down on the front side (is that the head?)
If you're thinking why I'm commenting on such an old thread...I'm doin a bit of spring cleaning in here...while I'm at work >_>;;;
... I'm on my lunch break OK!!! <_<;;;
When i swipe my finger across the screen i hit the power button.....
I had the same problem with my Desire. Not Nexus One though. I guess it's a minor manufacturing defect.
When I swipe my finger across the screen, a call is answered.
When I swipe my finger across the screen...it unlocks my phone
When I swipe my finger across the screen, I leave behind a trail of booger residue.
I'll try to wipe it off with my shirt, but that won't do since it needs moisture.
So I breathe onto my screen which creates a condensation effect, which allows me to wipe my screen clean.
Hate that, I use hand cream and it smears my phone, finger streaks everywhere......there must be an app which cleans your screen, no?
In fact, there is! Steamy Window - Android app on AppBrain
When anyone but me swipes their finger across my screen, a cold shiver runs down my spine.
When I swipe my finger across the screen an Apple lawyer appears and tries to sue me for breach of patent.
For the swipe movement or having a finger? I think Apple patented iFinger.
I understand what he's saying. The metal edge on the right side of my screen is every so slightly raised.
The whole surround is on mine. I don't think it's a fault though.
What's the problem?
