Help when i uninstalled battery widget it left a box on wallpaper

I uninstalled battery widget and it left a small box on my wallpaper where the widget was with the words in in problem loading widget .how can i remove this from my walpaper

Put your finger on the box and hold down. Phone will vibrate a little and then you can drag to the trash/tab.
