When returning the Invisible Shield...

    Anyone done a warranty replacement that can help me out here? Do they just want the shield itself or is it shield/box/application kit?

    I sent them a support email asking, but they've not replied. I know I've got 60days or whatever, but I'd rather get this thing out the door sooner rather than later.

    Their FAQ page doesn't specifically say - just that you should send it back in a regular envelope - which, I'm guessing means shield-only, but I wanna be sure so that they don't charge me again.

    If it's a warranty replacement I'm pretty sure it's just the skin, and not the entire kit.

    I've done one warranty replacement. All they want is the shield.

    Yeah just stick the shield on a piece of paper and send it.
