My old phone started crapping out the past couple days. The 4,8, and # keys no longer work when pressed.

Will this present a problem when a rep tries to transfer over my contacts to the Incredible?

No, they have device to do the transfer or you can use backup assistant to do the transfer yourself. You can download it on your old phone and it is installed by default on the Inc.

Not usually. They use a machine, as long as the phone can power on, they can usually transfer your contacts. Is your old phone a smart phone? You could always use google sync to put them on google, and then just sync them to your new droid.

verizon should still be able to xfer everything for you. I would back up via backup assistant or add them to a gmail account and sync. i had everything sync'd since i came from a Moto Droid.
