Where are web content settings

I have a Samsung galaxy tab2 10.1. I have installed the latestDolphin Browse, Dolphin jet pack, Adobe Flash player 11.1 Adobe Air and still Can't watch some films. I think I now have to change settings on the browser to 'Allow flash' but have no menu or settings icon on the browser toolbar.
Any ideas pleeeeeeeease, been trying to do this for days!!!!

The little dolphin in the lower right corner is the "menu". One of the 3 icons it brings up is settings.
