Help Where can I find downloaded e-mail attachments?

I had sent me a ring tone ( My Legend of Zelda Item Catch ) and a few other attachments. Now I searched my phone and a bit of the forums and the internet however I was unable to find where they are located for me to delete. I wanted to use it for my text message notification however the HTC Incredible doesn't give me the option for it. Only to use it as a regular phone call ring tone.

If someone could please tell me where it's located that would be awesome.

Also, if someone could lend me a tip about an app that will let me use any ring tone i download for the text message notification that would be awesome. I'm going to keep searching for it however I'm hoping someone here could help me get through this a little faster.

grab "Astro" file manager from the Market. It's a great way to view all the files/folders/hard drive stuff. You'll find it immediately with that I'll bet.
