Actually I dont think I ever used it. You can download Kies and all drivers and the manual from samsungs website.
Kies is a bit like itunes but more shite.

nah ringtones are easy on the sgs
just put the sound on your phone play it and set it as a ring tone
you can just connect to a computer with the usb cable and treat it like a usb drive to get the sound on to it. I think the drivers come with Kies so you will have to down load it HERE

have you found the music player?
if so the bottom left button is your menu button. When in the music player one of the options is delete
If you go to the track album or artist you want to delete then press menu and chose delete. It will give you the option to select the ones you want to delete.

I hope you are sure of the source you purchased from as people usually delete everything from their phone.

you can do it that way with lies or you can just drag them onto the phone like a usb hard drive
you can even take a picture of the file on your desktop using snapngo and it will transfer it to your phone

Done it, just waiting for it to recognise my phone so I can transfer them now! Can you 'make' a ringtone as don't want a whole song as a ringtone?
