I just flashed from Warm 2.2 to CynanogenMod7.0.0.3 because Warm was giving me all sorts of problems.

After playing around for a few minutes, I realized most of my apps are gone. I'm not talking about specialized apps only... my gmail app isn't there. In fact, the market app isn't even there, so I can't download Titanium Backup and pull all my data back in.

    What am I missing?

Flashing the new CM7 Gapps | Android Central

Read that, should be no problem. You should be able to restore your old apps/contacts after you load the gapps and sign in the first time. If you need anymore help, I'll do what I can
