Depends whether you are rooted or not, and if you are just looking for different launcher themes. Search the market. Tons of results will pop up.

I use the Nova Prime launcher on my Galaxy Tab 10.1.
I just search on the Market for "Nova Launcher themes".
Plenty of results, both free and paid.

    I go to mycolorscreen.com

They have tutorials and such, but I prefer to just find a theme I like, use that as inspiration, and make mine from scratch with my own tweaks.

OP, what kind of themes are you looking for? For your home launched? A particular app that supports it, like an SMS client? Or are you rooted and looking for something system-wide?

I'm not 'rooted' and am a new user from Apple. I really only want to play around with different looking icons :)

OK, then a replacement Home Launcher is what you're looking for. There are a few good ones listed earlier in the thread. Apex and Nova are the popular ones for 4.0 and up. If you're into that sort of thing, they're kind of competing for the top spot right now (like the browser wars from the nineties), so it's always cool to watch devs compete by adding features or upping performance. It's a great time to be on the Android platform.
