Where is Google Voice Search?

It shows that is is pre-installed on the phone but I can't find it anywhere in my app list.

I've removed the search bar, I wonder why it isn't a separate app anymore.

There is a wiget for google search and if you have Nova launcher he added the original search bar (quick search bar) to the widgets in the latest update.
