Is there a launcher on the bottom similar to the stock one but might have 5 spots rather than 3? You can change the ones on the launcher that comes with it if the phone icon is not there.

changed ROM after five minutes. Don't want a ROM on a PHONE where the phone isn't made easily excessible to start with.

You might have gotten a bad flash. I haven't run CM7 in a while but I don't remember having any issues like that with it.

It really is a cool rom, if you try it again you may notice that it has adw launcher which puts 3 changeble icons in what it calls a dockbar at the bottom of your screen. If it isn't visible, you can long press on the desktop and choose launcher actions and put an icon for Open/Close dockbar on your screen, then toggle it to show or hide said dockbar.

The cool thing about it is you can drop icons for apps onto any of the 3 positions and then they will be on any screen you go to. Phone is an app in the drawer that you can put on the desktop then drag to the dock bar for constant availability.

hope that helps, it really is an awesome rom if you get it flashed right.
