No worries,I shouldn't be so presumptious.
Why Samsung continues the shenanigans of not having all colors/memory options available in all markets is beyond me.
Not seeing the white option here stateside,is it showing up anywhere at all on your side of the pond?

It'll become available two weeks after your "buyers remorse" return for refund window closes...............
Perhaps you can import an international version,if need be,that is compatible with your service provider.
If your service provider reps are clueless on what works on their network,this network compatibility site should have the new Samsung devices listed soon:

Cool. It's also quite frustrating that the US Samsung site has the silver option and free gear vr on all preorders. The U.K. Site doesn't give free vr headsets away and no silver option.
I want to preorder and use the Samsung upgrade platform but if I do that I can't have gear vr or silver so my only option is to go direct through Vodafone as they are the only company with free vr headsets. I will have to take out a 2 year contract and pay at least £41 a month and have no upgrade option in 12 months.
Why do Samsung keep treating Europe like a toilet? I am what some people may call a Samsung fanboy but after the note 5 issue and now this I'm starting to get really p****d of with them!!!

So I rang Samsung uk as soon as they opened at 9am. First I was told I should get a free vr, until she backtracked and told me to call promotions support. He said I should get a free one but best to ring the shop. Neither could confirm anything about the silver option.
The shop didn't know anything about a silver option either but she told me that currently the free vr is not available through Samsung direct but is available through Vodafone and carphone warehouse. Apparently due to Samsung seeing it as potentially a huge and popular promotional offer it might not uphold its promises.

This exclusion to Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone is a joke. I watched the release and they said that the Gear VR would be a free gift with ALL pre-orders. I then pre-ordered and assumed I would receive a Gear VR headset too, only to find out they are not providing them for other retailers. This is a joke and may lead me to cancel my pre-order, soley because they basically lied to us.
EDIT: I have just spoke to Samsung online chat who confirms all pre-orders direct from Samsung will come with a Gear VR. It's impossible to know what is and isn't true anymore.
