Outside of the normal sources, where can I go to find unlocked gsm phones that aren't available at the normal US carriers? I'm looking for something that would work on T-Mobile.

Amazon. I've bought at least 2 European equivalents. Unless quad band, they might just work on edge/gprs only. They do work very well on wifi. You would have to read all the specs.

I travel so much that a multi-sim phone was crucial for me. I've bought 2 phones from Yippz.com.

I'm currently using an Android-3600 which has been great here in the US and when I travel to Europe (I buy sim cards at the airport). My wife uses an MX-31WT which has 4 sims and is perfect for talking and texting (she's not interested in Android).
