I have an HTC ThunderBolt as my main phone. I want to buy a second device, for two purposes:
    • playing music using Pandora and the mp3 player app
    • testing apps I develop

    The device should be:
    • rooted or easily rootable
    • fairly slow, so I can test my apps on a slow phone
    • cheap, because I'm not made of money
    • used is OK; I'm guessing I'll buy this device on eBay

I live in the U.S., but I don't think that matters as I'm not going to need to connect to any cellular network.
