Was wondering which apps/widgets/shortcuts YOU think are essential to have on your homescreen?

I've been tinkering around trying to customize my EVO since I got it 4 days ago and I can't figure out what I want on my homescreen (except for contacts, messages, phone, and gmail). So I thought I'd ask to see what you guys have and/or think are essential to have on your homescreen for quick access.

Thanks!

Jerry

I use LauncherPro, which allows you to have 7 home screens. I keep bare minimum on the main/center screen, and put the lesser apps on the side screens. And the even lesser ones are just relegated to the app drawer.

Main home screen: Beautiful Home Weather, Smooth Calendar.
Other home screens: Audio Manager, Pro Player, Easy Switch, Remember the Milk lists.
Launcher Pro dock: Market, Maps, RealCalc, ebook reader du jour, K9, browser, Gmail, Phone, People, Navigation, Voice Search, B-folders, aCar. Voice recorder and flashlight are mapped to LP gestures.
One screen is devoted to App Organizer folders with my remaining apps.

Using ADW for the moment with 5 dock slots (contacts, IM, apps, market, and phone)
On the actual screen is Facebook, Yahoo Messenger, Angry Birds, and my audio/task managers.

It would be easier to take pictures of the screens. I've got a lot on each one, and I have seven, counting the lock screen. One is blank, just because I enjoy my background!
