Well, I've tried a couple of aftermarket batteries. The 1700 mah Trexcell from eBay, and the 1800 mah red Shenanigans. To me it seems that the 1400 mah stock battery is better than both of the aftermarket ones. I want to keep something slim. Is there anything else out there that's better than what I have?

I was worried about the added bulk of the htc extended battery. That lasted all of 15 minutes. Once I actually had it in hand, I realized that the phone was much easier to hold. Just something to consider.

i bought the 2750 mah and yes it`s big and adds some heft to the phone but i now can go 14+ hours on a full charge. i don`t have 4g in my area yet so i can`t say how long it would last in 4g.

I must be a little different. I definitely don't want the big battery. I'm getting 14 hours out of the stock battery. Three email accounts check every 2 hours. Talk about 1.5 to 2 hours per day. Text 15 to 20 times per day. I play with a few apps, etc. I guess I'm not doing too bad but the 1700 and 1800 mah batteries should do better.
