Which phone is best suited for web browsing?

I've decided to go with Bell as my carrier and wondered out of these choices which one is the best/fastest web surfing phone?

I'm considering the Atrix but wondered if there were any better choices.

Most are fine, however the best ones are htc hd7, apple iPhone, The MOTOROLA ATRIX™ 4G, The list is based on the phone best for web, not the operating system as most are good

The best phone for browsing is the one with a big responsive screen, dual core, good hardware intergration, and a decent browser available (eg Opera Mobile 11)

That doesn't mean that phones that fall below these recommendations are bad, my phone has a 3.5" screen, an old ARMv6 processor, but I do 90% of my web browsing on it, and I have an i5 powered laptop lol
That's because the software is fantastic
