Help Whitw screen when calling. Help.

Hiya i have a samsung galaxy s3 mini and everytime i dial a number to ring i got a white screem and then it disappears and wont let me call out.

its running 4.1.2

IF NOT ROOTED IT OR ANYTHING IM WONDERING IF SOMETHINGS AS BEEN DELETED BY MISTAKE.

Did this start happening right after opening the box or did it work properly before and this just happened recently?
