Help Why do I have ipsec vpn?

Galaxy s5 latest updates, on Verizon.

Was looking at running apps , because battery always running low fast.

Anyway, found IPsec vpn running. Wondering why I have it and what is using it?

Well that's something that uses ipsec. But I don't have that barracuda setup.

I'm trying to find out WHY I have ipsec on MY cellphone and WHAT app uses it on my phone.
