A weird issue arose when I installed Darky 10.1 Resurrection Edition on my SGS.

On stock ROM I used to start my stopwatch, do a million things, return to my stopwatch through the Clock app and it was still counting the time.

Now? I start my stopwatch, go to some other apps, do some copy paste, play some songs, and when I go back to the Clock app it is reset to 0:00.

I suspect it's the RAM management of the system - but how can I whitelist the clock app so that it doesn't get killed off?

You can't. Android process manager cannot be modified. This is why apps like tasker has to put an ugly icon in your notification bar to stop itself from getting killed. Try another stopwatch app from the market.

I got a reply from Ficeto on Darky's forum. He says it's the TouchWiz 4 mod I installed on my SGS instead of that horrid 3D launcher they use. I flashed my phone again from scratch - we'll see what happens now (I had some other issues, too).
