Help Why is my LG K51 (NON S) stuck on the Metro By T MOBILE screen

It's been like that for an hour, the battery is non removable

in recovery you can try wipe cache and then reboot. or you can perform a hard reset. this will erase data, but hopefully you have a working phone.

what i did is turn it on while charging

Try holding down the power button for about 10 seconds. It's similar to what you'd do with a crashed PC. That should force a reboot.

Since it didnt work at all, i got a new phone (samsung a53 5g)
