Actually face and fingerprint recognition work just fine, but when I use wrong biometrics the message is displayed in a weird way.The message is about incorrect biometrics. Is it having problems with fingerprint or facial recognition unlocking? Try resetting the device's security options?

No I am not using any of theseAs the formatting is messed up. Are you using a custom ROM and/or a third-party lock-screen on your phone or tablet, or have a third-party custom font installed?
No I didn't.did you change the font size on your phone?
what phone do you have? was this after an update? No I didn't.
I actually tried going through the settings and everything was perfectly fine. The text in your lock screen does appear to be messed up. It almost seems as if there's a non-visible image in the upper right side that's 'squishing' the type so it's not formatted properly. Since you referred to this problem as being an ongoing one, was it previously OK at one time? Can you recall any change you might have made or some update/upgrade that was applied right before this odd lock screen became obvious?
Have you already tried going into your Settings menu and looked into all the options in the Security/Lock screen menu? There could also be something buried in the Notifications menu since there might be options related to what personal info you can set to show in the lock screen. (Don't forget to delve into any contextual sub-menus and such that might be accessible in a menu's gear/hamburger/three-dot icon).
Samsung Galaxy M51. It was normal after the last update but then it became that way after quite some time.what phone do you have? was this after an update?
No, after restarting my phone it becomes normal. But after some use it comes back to its messed up state. I still don't know what's going on.Did you solve this problem?
Well if it is still happening, you can either learn to live with it...or .. You can do a factory reset. I really do not see any other solution for you.No, after restarting my phone it becomes normal. But after some use it comes back to its messed up state. I still don't know what's going on.
