Seriously?

Why the hell can you easily use a bluetooth wiimote controller with android but there isn't a single good option for using a bluetooth keyboard?!

The Dell Streak with Android 1.6 has it (Dell Streak supports Bluetooth keyboards)... WHY DOESN'T OTHER ANDROID DEVICES?!

Does anyone have any advice or knowledge on this?

(Btw I'm talking about BOTH SPP and HID bluetooth keyboard support)

I have a FreedomPro bluetooth keyboard that works with my Nexus One. Maybe it just depends what keyboard you are using? Before they made there own driver, I was using the one in the market called BlueInput.

I also saw a dude who had written some drivers for logitech bluetooth keyboards. He demonstrated them on N1 in a youtube vid.

I don't need this functionality but I'm sure it's out there if you just search a little.

Thanks Teknologic for the response :)

I ended up trading an old iPhone 3gs for a HTC HD2 on Craigslist and it works perfect with my Palm bluetooth keyboard! :)

(I also have Froyo running perfect on my HD2 as well! ;))

Mmmmmmmmm HD2 with Froyo Android working perfect = Epic Win for me :D:D:D
