how do i connect with wi-fi? i see our home wi-fi, but just can't get it to work. well, at least i still see the 4g icon in the status bar on the phone. was at a restaurant that has free wi-fi, i entered the password, but i don't know if i'm connected with wi-fi or my 4g. how can i tell?

It will replace any data, 2G or 4G icon with some WiFi bars. Guess your not connected? Go to WiFi settings and press menu>advanced. Then Press best WiFi performance. That should help a little bit.
