My samsung galaxy 3 lost their mac address, now is 00:00:00:00:00:00 and I can
You can scan for new wifi network. After recognizing the existing available network it ask you for password. Which you should be knowing. No need to set mac address explicitly. When it recognises wifi net work it adds itself
No, when I try to autenticate in a wi-fi network the status is "out of range" remembered network, not conected.
go to the place where you bought it and tell them it doesn't work. It should still have warranty
Try following the advice in the following thread. Hope it helps.
This is nothing to do with your router etc. This sounds like you have restored/reset your phone and it has done so, but it has also wiped important details like your MAC address.
I have the same problem with my Android Starlight 2 (aka HTC HD7). I did a factory reset and now it's useless as the stupid thing wiped the IMEI numbers and MAC addresses.
