Help Wi-Fi problem

Hello. Recently my phone can't connect to wifi. I thought it was the router that has the problem (because I had the same problem on laptop). Today I changed router. Laptop connects normally to wifi but my phone's speed is 1 mbps. I tried format, restart, wifi (on/off) but nothing helps. Maybe I have to take it to a technician or what? My phone is Huawei P8 Lite. (Sorry for my bad English).

Does your phone connect to wifi at a different location, (to check that its not a router setting causing the issue)

Have you tried, in your routers settings, allocating a fixed IP address to your phone using your phone's MAC id number? That sometimes helps.
