I installed widgetlocker and set up the lockscreen with a clock widget I downloaded from the playstore. Every time I press the power button to get the lockscreen I notice that the clock widget is reporting the wrong time. I have to wait a couple of seconds for it to refresh and report the correct time. Is there anyway to have the clock maintain the correct time when the phone is sitting?

It may depend on the clock app. To save power some don't update when the screen is off. UCCW, which I'm currently using as my main homescreen clock, has an option for this (I always set it to update, as it annoys me too). I generally find SimiClock, which I use with WidgetLocker, to be up to date (so to speak). But I do recall seeing this with some other clocks.

I also used some Simi widgets with WidgetLocker and found them to run like champs
