Help Widgets not initializing

Hi all,

I too received my Sam7+ for Xmas and I am in love with it. It is replacing an Entourage Edge. I'm happy. I do have some problems with widgets as they do not load upon re-start and well, that just sucks. It could be because I immediately changed launchers, to ADW, because I am a bells and whistles kind of gal. Does anyone else have any problems with this?

I haven't had any problem with the widgets though I'm using the base touchwiz

Yep, I went back to TouchWiz (Boring) and yes it seems to fix the problem. So I have some tough decisions to make!

I believe the problem is that the custom launchers store their widgets on the sdcard. Any widget stored on an sdcard will not reload after a reboot. I'm not sure of a workaround as I use and am happy with the stock launcher.

My understanding is that if applications are installed on the sdcard, then their widgets will not work. Perhaps moving some stuff around in the file system would fix things.
