Help Wife's Inc won't stop playing voicemail

My wife's incredible uses Google Voice. She said that whenever she turns it on, she will notice that the stock music app is playing a file....it can either be a downloaded voicemail or a music file. And she can't get it to stop. She has tried deleting the music files, the voicemail files, force stopping the program, and she even tried (unsuccessfully) to remove the music app.

We have searched and searched and can't find a solution. Anyone else with this problem know how to solve it?

By chance is she turning it on in her car with bluetooth enabled? The only time I've seen my DInc auto-start a music / mp3 file is when I select AUX input on my car, which is bluetooth'ed to the phone. The act of switching to that input causes the car to send a "play" command via bluetooth to the phone, which finds a mp3 and starts playing it.
