Wifi and bluebtooth problem

Plz help my wifi and bluetooth are not the working. The wifi icon is fleshing none stop and the bluetooth connect and disconnect immediately plz plz plz help

Had this phone for 2 days and this started. Also bluetooth won't turn on either. Tried clearing cache and rebooting phone.

The Wifi sign keeps flashing but I cannot turn off the WIFI. It says Turning Wifi On but it does not and does not show any wifi routers.The button wont slide to off.
I have tried to reboot to factory reset and also removing the battery & restarting.
Any ideas.
It is a new LG G4

did you get this used? this phone is from 2015, so i doubt you bought it brand new.......so i guess returning it is not an option.

you can try flashing a stock firmware and see if that works or not. i'm not very familiar with lg phones, so i can't help you really with the how to's of flashing firmwares. if it does not, then i'm not sure what else you can do.

When you again facing this problem, I think firstly you should restart your phone. Then check it again. thank you.
