WiFi connection help plz!

I have wireless net and have tried again an again to connect to net but my cellphone keeps saying disconnected but then when i check connection it says excellent.. i keep having to enter pw which totally does nothing! Help what am i doing wrong?? i have a samsung galaxy 551 by the way..

try resetting your router. just pull the power plug out, wait 30 sec, then try connecting again.
