Help Wifi Connection Problem SGS 2

i had dial up connection by tatabroadband
when i connect this connection to my cisco wifi router i am able to connect my laptop by wifi but i had to login through dial up window
my phone is connected to wifi router but it is not connected to internet as there is no dial up window open in it

is there any solution for it ??
in phone there is VPN settings but i am not able to understand
please help
