Issue: When I turn on Wifi, I get an Error and then it will disable itself. I saw the water damage indicators are red, so I guess the phone has been wet. The phone works perfect, only the Wifi won't be enabled.

Bluetooth and 3g are working fine, you can make a phonecall etc.
Is it possible the Broadcom BCM4329 chip is broken? If so, can I replace it and where is it located (and where can I buy this chip?)?

    I logged this:

    D/WirelessSettings( 489): wifiRegexs length=1, isTetheringSupported=true
    D/WifiService( 92): setWifiEnabled( mAirplaneModeOverwridden=)false

I'm getting the exact same error. Mine is less than six months old.
I haven't got the phone wet, or at least I don't think I have. I'm not sure where the sensors are.

Did you find a fix for yours?

    Thanks
