Wifi hotspot toggle widget - access?

I have found a toggle for turning on/off the hotspot utility in froyo, but I can only seem to access it from the developers website while I would really like it to be linked to the market (because of updates).

So I would like to ask: Can any of you access the app on the market? (QR code in the linked thread) or is it a location thing?

I can access this in the market if I scan the code with goggles.

Alternatively theres an HTC one on my phone which I assume is in the official froyo rom, under add to home, widget, settings. Also extended controls widget has this feature also now.

Ah, I had to buy Extended Controls on slideit, so I am a few versions behind.

It seems that it is a location thing, rather than device specific.
