wifi issue at school

college i go to has free wifi when i connect and go to internet it wont let me go to the school page that says user name and pw,, so i can log in and use there internet. it just takes me to "web page not available"
is there an app i can get or something i have to change in my wifi settings...

What type of Android device are you using? You might want to check Wireless & Network settings to make sure that it shows you as connected to the SSID for your school. To me it sounds like your phonew isn't establishing a wireless connection... or it is but is not receiving IP address information from the network.

My daughter's school has a tech support department. I just send her there. Can you ask them? If there's a firewall issue or whatnot, they'll know.
