Help Wifi issue with 4.3 update

I updated to 4.3 recently and I'm not able to turn the Wifi on, neither through the notification buttons or through settings.

Are there any suggestions? I've done restarting and battery pulls so I think the next step is a factory reset.

It's probably another bug in the 4.3 update. Either bring the phone to the Samsung people at Best Buy and have them "downdate" it, or wait for the next update and hope the bugs in that one aren't something you use.
