Root wifi mess up

hey i used cwm recover and it just reset my phone but i restored it from my back up but no my wifi isnt working no help plz

If you still have your backup do another factory reset, but through the settings>backup reset menu. Then restore your backup but uncheck system settings when you restore. You might have to change back a couple of things but this way you don't restore any of the systems configurations before the reset. Don't ever use rom manager except to fix permissions.
