Help WIFI problem TURNING ON/OFF HELP

HI i would need some HELP for my Desire S!

my problem is that all sudden my wifi does not responde propely and keeps turning ON/OFF trying to scan and showing a message unable to "scan networks" at the end brings me another message of "ERROR".

After doing the following: rebooting , trying a hard reset to factory settings, recovery,
now the wifi on the phone when turned on scans without finding any network.

Please any help or idea for a solution how to fix it???
