wifi turns on randomly even after I shut it off

hi

why would my wifi turn on by itself randomly even after I shut it off? I even went into settings and clicked on never turn on while sleeping...using the android galaxy reverb phone.
Can I get some help on this thanks............

There could be an installed application causing this to happen. As well as something going on with the device WiFi radio.

I'm not sure what else to tell you other than uninstall some of your most recent apps, or perform a reset of the device. If you do a reset, leave all settings to its default state.
