Here's one of the postings about tethering for the Warp2.
    http://androidforums.com/warp-sequent-all-things-root/739314-wi-fi-tether-problems.html

You might find your answer in this one or in another, there's been pretty good coverage on the topic.

I use tether for my desktop exclusively now, when, way back in the early day's didn't need it.

I find WiFi Tether works well, (I've tried the others).
Here's the settings to set (in the app, just check to select):

Generic - ics/jb (wiano) ...that's back in j.b. (jelly bean) of course
    setup - auto
    ssid - android tether
    don't disable blue tooth
    wifi driver reload
    routing fix

    In the phone/settings/wireless and networks:
    wifi off
    settings/ more/ mobile networks/data enabled
    always on mobile data
    connection optimizer off

that will get you the hotspot ability from the phone's side, using wifi tether, (may be the same settings on other apps).

    Good luck.
