Wikipad 7" Android Gaming Tablet

Is this a Chinese device? I'm sure I saw something just like it in Shenzhen.

It's made in China But they are only on sale online currently..I know in US its available not positive on if they ship internationally but I recently heard production is increasing so it shouldn't be too long where its in stores everywhere

What I'm thinking of, is this a device that was specially developed by Wikipad, or is just some no-name Chinese device that's being branded as "Wikipad"? As I said I did see something very similar to this in Shenzhen about three weeks ago during a recent visit and look around. It was offered by one of the many wholesale trading companies AFAIK, at the "tablet" mall in FuTian.

If one manufacturer starts with an idea, most of them are doing it within a couple of weeks. It can be like that in Shenzhen.
