Hey, I got a Wildfire few days ago. Woke up late this morning as its alarm didn't go off, then tried to wake the phone outta sleep. Wouldn't light up using the power button. So I had to remove the battery and restart the phone that way. Battery was fully charged before I went to bed too. Anyone else had similar problems?

I've had to reset mine more than a few times, usually an app isn't playing nicely. Not very acceptable though on a smartphone.

I am facing the issue even after a reset.

At last - I've found someone with the same problem problem as me!
Did you manage to get the problem sorted? I phoned 3 and they suggested a factory reset but I am reluctant.

My wife's phone has started doing this in the last couple of weeks. The green light stays on and the phone can't be woken at all. Only removing the battery will unfreeze it. I'm going to try a factory reset on it tonight.

I've reset mine now and it's still happenning. The phone is now being returned to get fixed (hopefully)
