My friend brought her phone to me, she was in tears. She tells me she wanted to change it from Virgin Mobile to Verizon Wireless. She has gotten it unlocked, but when she tried to use her recovery it just gets black screen, first you see 2 green arrows going in a circle with white exclamation point, then you see a phone with the with red triangle & exclamation point on the black screen. Can anyone help use please? I had told her what a big help this site was for me in fixing a phone that I was given that was soft bricked. So we thought we ask.

Here's the information that loads when you hold vol down & then power, above is when you hold vol up & power or select recovery & hit power.

Can you do a factory reset? Can you get any kind of program or zip that you can run from that screen to install CWN? Other than that, idk..'

I remember that I had trouble getting into recovery because I had a zip file that something in the firmware was trying to flash and it couldn't and so it wouldn't work. Maybe try removing the SD card and rebooting too.

If you can't enter recovery, maybe you just have to flash again.
